Nicole provides psychological support to clients across the lifespan, recognising that each person’s experiences, circumstances and goals are unique. She understands that engaging in therapy can sometimes feel challenging, and works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive and person-centred therapeutic experience.

Nicole tailors her approach to each individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, practical skills and meaningful change. Her approach is flexible and guided by the client’s needs, preferences and therapeutic goals.
